My dog is very anxious around baths and they were incredibly patient and kind. It was the best bath we have gotten for our dog. They left us with complimentary treats and a toy. It was a great experience!

I recently had my first booking with Groom Club. Booking and communications were really easy, and I really like how quick they are with texting (and not having to book over phone call). This is an impressively run business, and the groomer was excellent with my mini golden doodle.

I can’t say enough good things about Groom Club. We have an older dog (15 years old), and he gets very bad anxiety when groomed. They were so kind, helpful and gentle with our pup. I would highly recommend them, and I will definitely be using them regularly going forward.

Ali and Reney were AMAZING. This was by far the best grooming experience I have had in Nashville. Groom Club is a mobile pet grooming service so they were able to meet me at my apt and pick up my dog. It took them two hours to groom my dog. He came back looking so handsome!!! We have had our 12-year-old dog groomed at Petsmart for many years, but now that he’s a senior, I was looking for a more personalized experience where he can feel a little less anxious. Ali is awesome! Lola took to Ali immediately. Lola nips at me whenever I try to trim the hair on her legs and she wont let me go near her paws. Ali took care of it with no problem. Lola came in looking cute and didn't mind the bandana. I like the fact that I didn't have to go anywhere and they were just outside my door. I will definitely book again for her summer cut.

Skyy looks and smells amazing!! She was able to get groomed while I was coaching at the gym! They came and picked her up and dropped her off for me. They parked the van at the gyms parking lot and it was so convenient for both Skyy and I! Skyy has lots of anxiety when I’m not around and I was a bit nervous at first, but she did great!!! Very happy with Groom Club!!

We have been to several grooming places (both mobile and brick and mortar), and this is by far the best experience we’ve had! The groomers genuinely love dogs and listened to all of our wants, our dog’s needs, and gave us such a wonderful experience. Waylon (our dog), looks fantastic, happy, clean, and clearly well-cared for. Loved the convenience and experience and highly recommend!

Our pup was lovingly cared for in an immaculately clean mobile grooming facility! The team arrived pronto, communicated with us clearly the entire time about progress, were efficient and best of all our pup Bodhi clearly felt SAFE and LOVED because he was calmer after the grooming than before! They noticed that he has noise sensitivity, and use special Doggy earmuffs during the drawing session. We are fans and will utilize this company again and again!

I recently moved to Nashville and have been trying to find a new groomer for my golden retriever, Hank, and I have finally found one! Groom Club is the absolute best. They arrived on time and texted me when they were on their way. We discussed what I wanted and Hank happily went into the van (with some treat bribery). They texted me when they were close to wrapping up and you get sent a little report card after. Hank looks great and I’m very happy with the service.

I have to start off by saying finding Groom Club in the world of grooming is a blessing. Since covid, it's been difficult to find consistent grooming for our Wheaten Terrier Tinsley. Everything about Groom Club is top-notch, simple, and five-star service. From scheduling the appointment to them coming right on time, they even gave Tinsley a treat bag at the end. We also have to add that Tinsley is blind and I can’t thank Ali and Sara enough for giving her treats and lots and lots of hugs.

One of our biggest concerns moving from CA to Nashville was grooming for our beloved poodle, Gidget. St. Francis of Assisi must have been on our flight and settled in Germantown with us. By chance, we found the Groom Club van in our neighborhood and just had our first wonderful experience. From start to finish it was perfection. In every respect, Gidget's comfort level came first. The best was that she came out happy, looking gorgeous and strutting her stuff Thank you and St. Francis so much!

Our 4 month old puppy, GhostHunter had his first professional bath with Groom Club! Ali and Sara did an amazing job making him feel comfortable. (We’re gonna have to teach him he can’t run off into any strangers van with treats from now on ). He came back smelling great, looking super shiny & feeling confident for the rest of the day! They sent GhostHunter home with a bandana & the cutest little welcome gift bag, too. The entire process from start to finish was super easy. We can’t wait to use them again soon!

They handled Cinco with so much care and the staff is extremely well trained. I love their attention to detail and the feedback they gave on how everything looked health-wise. The groomers were super friendly and instantly connected with my Sydney, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. The grooming van had everything needed, and the quality of the cut was impressive. My dog looked beautiful and smelled wonderful. This service combined convenience with professional, friendly service, and exceptional grooming skills. Groom Club is absolutely fantastic! They are communicative, professional, charming, and just a delight to work with. My chihuahua mix does not love to be groomed but they knew exactly what to do with her to make it work. And when I picked her up she was relaxed and happy. And she has never looked better! She sheds like crazy but since the de-shedding treatment from Groom Club, she has been hardly shedding at all (this is a miracle). I am so grateful that they are in the neighborhood and encourage you to give them a try and support your local dog groomers!

They intentionally paired someone with our 8 month old Westie puppy who was knowledgeable on the breed and good with puppies. This was his first time being groomed and Bailey was so patient with him. Once finished, they send home a little goodie bag and provide you with a little wellness report. The Groom Team Lead, Ali, contacted me afterwards to check in on how everything went! So happy with Groom Club and can't wait to book our next appointment!

Of course the convenience of them coming to you is great, but from my first inquiry the communication and info was so friendly and efficient. Got Alfie all set up and they took in my notes about needing a special shampoo I supplied and things of that nature. Alfie loved Ali and groom team! They did so great with him and he was perfect post groom. Even sent him home with a precious bow tie and goodie bag. We will definitely be repeat customers and are so glad Groom Club is in our neighborhood. Can’t wait to tell our frenchie friends about them!

We have a mini goldendoodle who is better when he is able to build a relationship with the groomer and the groom club went above and beyond to make sure he has a consistent groomer on schedule. Everything about our experience was phenomenal. From the ease of scheduling, incredible customer service, amazing haircut, and even a treat bag and digital recap, every single cent was worth the money! You can tell the team loves what they’re doing and truly loves dogs. I even got a text from Ali our groomer during the appointment that she found a little hot spot on our pup and wanted to make sure we knew about it! Ryan and team go out of their way to not only focus on the care and treatment of your pet but the team provides amazing customer service. Upon booking and completing all of the steps, I was notified of our upcoming appointment in advance. The day prior the appointment, I was notified again via text message. The day of the appointment, the grooming technician sent a message to let me know she was on the way and provided an ETA. During the appointment I received an update on the status while letting me know that Sadie was enjoying her session. Grooming Club provides a full grooming experience, which includes services usually not provided by other groomers, such as a wellness check, teeth brushing, sanitary trim, gland expression, etc. Groom Club is a top notch company and they are extremely organized and efficient. They care for your pet as if it were their own family member. I highly recommend!! AAA+

Groom Club is an elevated grooming experience! They were extremely helpful and responsive from day 1 of sending in my estimate to after care check ins. Ali, the Director of Total Care was very professional and I could tell immediately that she is a dog whisperer and connected with my anxious pup right off the bat. Kaliss also assisted and was super genuine and sweet and could tell that she has experience and has such a great connection with pups! Also, just a little history - our anxious 1.5 year old Poogle (rescue pup from puppy mill), has had a few bad experiences with groomers, he has anxiety and fear of the clippers as well as the blow dryer( the noise they make), but none of them made me feel good or comfortable about the experience. So, I thought I would try a mobile groomer so that he doesn’t have to be with other dogs while he is already fearful of the clippers, and I picked Groom Club, what I believe to be the best marketed and professional online presence (coming from a digital marketing background). Even though it is more expensive than I would normally pay, as that saying goes…you pay for what you get! Not only did we have a good experience, Winston looked the better than any other groomer we have taken him to. Thank you Groom Club for making our lil Winston look and feel his very best! 💜
